Hold The Line Guitar Solo | Famous Guitar Solos

This famous guitar solo to Hold The Line was written by Steve Lukather, he was also the founding member of the group ‘Toto’ and is a prolific session musician in his own right having recorded guitar tracks for more than 1,500 albums representing a broad array of artists and genres.

In my opinion this famous guitar solo is one of the most underrated solos ever written. I used Positive Grid’s Bias Fx2 in Logic Studio to recreate the guitar tone. For the harmonisation effect at the end of the solo I used Logic studio’s stock plugin pitch shift “Vocal doubler”.
